We're so glad you decided to make your home in our community and experience all that Lakeview Commons & Snellville have to offer. As a member, you will have access to our upcoming amenities and events, as well as the opportunity to build lasting friendships with your neighbors.

The Lakeview Commons Homeowners Association, Inc. is a non-profit civic organization established during initial development, to perform certain functions for the common good and general welfare of the Owners.

Membership has its privileges in our community. It comes with benefits, including association voting rights and exclusive invitations to community events, discounts to some Snellville Community events, various vendor discounts, and volunteer opportunities.

Homeownership in the Lakeview Commons community comes with automatic membership in the LVC Homeowners Association. It also requires payment of the annual fee of $200, which funds the maintenance and upkeep of  YOUR community, common spaces, seasonal events, and upcoming planned amenities. Your association fee also goes towards maintaining the value of your home.
